No citizen shall be allowed to earn an annual income higher than 1,000 times that of any other citizen.
The right of any two adults who are not blood relatives to be joined together in legal marriage shall not be abridged by the Congress or by any of the States or municipalities therein.
Human rights shall trump property rights absolutely.
Only individual human beings may hold the legal status of "person."
Because being born at a given spacial coordinate is not an accomplishment worthy of special rights, birthright citizenship is hereby repealed and replaced with voluntary citizenship available to all humans who pose no threat to public safety or national security. No nation shall deny any application for citizenship on any other grounds.
All forms of war profiteering are hereby abolished. Likewise abolished are all forms of death profiteering, such as profiting from the denial of health services to an individual.
Traditional capitalist market mechanisms may be employed in markets for non-vital goods and services only. Use of well-regulated market mechanisms for vital goods and services shall be at the discretion of the people, as clearly established by law, and must never result in death profiteering, as laid out in amendment 6 above.
